AXH Air-Coolers builds air coolers for gas compression, gas processing and power, and now owns Airflo Cooling Technologies (ACT). We supply fans, blades, hubs, belts, sheaves, bearings and drive parts, plus the E-Bell™ inlet bell and the DG-II Anti Rotation Device®, for AXH coolers and older Airflo units, matched to your cooler.
Models covered: AXH EF, FF, VI, VVI, VVF, ZF and ZI, and older Airflo coolers.
AXH coolers run on gas compression, gas processing and transmission, power generation and turbine oil cooling, LNG, wellhead cooling, chemical and petrochemical plants, carbon capture and vapor recovery, and data centers. The quickest way for us to match parts is the cooler model, the fan size and the drive: engine, electric motor or hydraulic.

Older Airflo (ACT) coolers
Airflo built air coolers for gas transmission, turbine oil cooling, propane condensing and refining, and it's now part of AXH. Many Airflo coolers are still running, and we supply fan and drive parts for them. Tell us what you're running and the fan size.

Do you supply parts for Airflo (ACT) coolers?
Yes. Airflo coolers, now part of AXH Air-Coolers, are still running at gas transmission, turbine oil cooling, propane condensing and refining sites. We supply fan and drive parts for them: fans, blades, hubs, belts, sheaves and bearings. Tell us what you're running and the fan size, and we'll match it.
What's the difference between AXH's ZF and ZI models?
Both are horizontal coolers with vertical air flow. The ZF is forced draft: the fans sit below the tube bundle and push air up through it. The ZI is induced draft: the fans sit above the bundle and pull air through. AXH lists fans from 24 to 192 in on both, normally on electric motors with HTD or V belts.
Can an engine driven AXH cooler fan be upgraded?
Often, yes. On an engine driven cooler the fan speed follows the engine, so we look at the fan, the drive and the engine speed together before we recommend a blade, a pitch change or an E-Bell™ inlet bell. Tell us the AXH model and the engine speed if you have it.
