Evapco fan drives
- Power-Band belt drive: Evapco's standard drive. Evapco says the belt is sized for 150% of the motor nameplate horsepower.
- Gear drive: optional on most models, built to AGMA and CTI standards, per Evapco.
- EC direct drive motors: electronically commutated motors, on the SUN series.

What's the difference between Evapco's AT and AXS towers?
In Evapco's brochure, the AT is a modular induced draft counterflow tower with air intake on all four sides. The AXS is an induced draft crossflow tower built for high tonnage and easy expansion.
Can you replace an Evapco belt drive with a gear drive?
Evapco offers a gear drive as an option on most of its tower models. Tell us the series and the motor, and we'll look at what fits your tower.
