Marley cooling tower fans, driveshafts and gearboxes
Marley® field erected cooling towers, made by SPX Cooling Technologies, run at refineries, gas plants and power stations. We supply replacement fans, driveshafts, gearboxes and matched parts for industrial Marley towers: the Geareducer® gear drive, the Comp-DS™ driveshaft and the HP7000 fan.

Marley Comp-DS driveshafts
SPX says the Comp-DS™ driveshaft is a lightweight composite alternative to a steel driveshaft, with carbon fiber flex elements and stainless steel hubs on a slip fit. SPX rates it for fans up to 36 ft and motors up to 300 hp, and says it resists corrosion and UV.
Marley HP7000 fans
The HP7000 has a flared blade tip that moves air near the fan cylinder wall, with one piece blades, infused pigment and a wide shank. SPX says it uses about 9% less power and runs quieter than straight blade alternatives.

Yes. We supply replacement Marley Geareducer® gear drives and matched parts for industrial cooling towers. Tell us the Geareducer model and ratio, and the fan and motor it drives, and we'll match it.
Is there a replacement for an Amarillo 1311 gearbox?
SPX sells the Marley M1311 Geareducer® as a direct drop in replacement for Amarillo 1311 gearboxes, with no adapter materials, in ratios from 7.89 to 14.64. We can source it for you.
Can you replace fans in an industrial Marley tower?
Yes. We supply replacement fans and blades for field erected Marley towers at refineries, gas plants and power stations. Tell us the tower model and the fan diameter.
What do you need from us to match Marley parts?
The tower model (such as F400, F600 or NC), the fan diameter, the Geareducer model and ratio, and the motor horsepower. If you don't have all of it, call and we'll work it out with you.
