Moore Class 10000 fan parts
Moore Class 10000 is Moore's current family of adjustable pitch axial fans for air coolers and cooling towers. The HD heavy duty series cover fans from 3 to 34 ft with aluminum or stainless blades, the CSP series are automatic pneumatic pitch fans from 4 to 16 ft, and MAG is Moore's low noise design from 5 to 16 ft. Fan-Div supplies replacement blades, hubs and parts for Class 10000 fans, matched to your fan.

Diameters as Moore's datasheets state them, with feet added. Blade count varies by fan. Where a diameter reads "Call to confirm", Moore's own documents disagree, so we confirm it for your fan.
Moore also lists 30 HD, 42 HD and 48 HD, and CSP automatic series 24, 30, 42, 48 and 60. Call us for these. On the HD series, Moore says blade pitch can be adjusted without removing the blades and the diameter trims about 1.5 in either way. Moore rates its Vortex tips at 2 to 3 dB quieter.

Moore nameplates give the class and the series. Newer fans add letter codes for the duty and the blade chord:
- SD: Standard duty
- HD: Heavy duty, engine drive rated
- SC: Standard chord
- HS: Standard chord, high speed
- EC: Extended chord
- XC: Xtra wide chord
- MAG: Minimum acoustic geometry, Moore's low noise blade
- CSP: Moore's automatic (pneumatic) pitch fans

What do HD, SD and CSP mean on a Moore fan?
HD is heavy duty, rated for engine drives. SD is standard duty. CSP is Moore's automatic pitch series, adjusted by an air signal.
What blade chord options does Moore Class 10000 offer?
